Demonstrating exceptional skills and leadership, Nate eventually took on the position of development director and later served as the VP of development, showcasing his ability to navigate the industry successfully. Notably, Nate played pivotal roles in two different start-up companies, effectively establishing services while ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout his career. His extensive experience and commitment to disability services make him a valuable asset in this field.

In my 12 years of experience, my deep understanding of 245D Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager responsibilities ensures effective oversight, quality service delivery, and compliance with all licensing requirements. I provide guidance on statute interpretation and application, helping providers navigate complex regulations with confidence. My expertise in the DWRS rate framework and exception rate process allows me to assist organizations in securing appropriate funding and maximizing financial sustainability.
